Our Guarantee To You

Every item of jewellery is carefully checked before we despatch it. However, if you are not delighted with your purchase, or it wasn't quite what you expected please return it to us within 14 days unworn, undamaged and with the security tag still in place in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price.

We regret for reasons of hygiene we cannot replace or refund earrings, unless of course they are faulty.

All refunds will be given in the same manner the payment was made. For example if you paid by cheque your refund will also be a cheque.

When you do return items to us, it's really useful for us to know why. Please do complete the returns form which can be found here as this really does help us improve our customer service.
